The XLR8® Programme is a series of short Courses based on 3 Levels of education, namely, Bronze, Silver and Gold, with Certification that is internationally recognized in 16 Countries around the world, such as Australia, New Zealand, Japan, England, Ireland, Scotland, France, Belgium, Scandanavian and Middle Eastern Countries and is growing rapidly.

XLR8® courses are short in nature and combine both the Theoretical and Practical elements of  "ON FIELD" Training and Conditioning. 

The Authors of XLR8® Mr. Glenn Jenkins of New Zealand and Mr. Jamie Tout of Australia, have combined to provide the best practical and proven "on field" training methodology.

SPEED POWER SPORTS has appointed highly qualified Franchisees / Facilitators throughout the country to present the courses, and provide in-house training and conditioning solutions, for children aged 5 years old, to International  Athletes, at the top of their game.
